33. The Finance Committee.

- There shall be a Finance Committee with the Vice-Chancellor as the Chairman. The constitution, powers and functions of the Finance Committee shall be provided by Statutes and its procedure in financial matters, including the delegation of its powers, shall be provided by Ordinances.
