Section 2(g) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff for Wheeling and Retail Sale of Electricity) Regulation, 2005
(g)"Consumer / User contributions" means any contributions made by those using or intending to use the Distribution network of a licensee for supply or wheeling of electricity. Any grant received by Licensees would also be treated as Consumer / User contribution.
