69. Servants of the Board; their appointment and punishment.
- The executive committee of the Board may appoint such servants as it may deem to be necessary for the due performance by itself of its duties, and may from time to time determine the number, designations, grades and scales of salary, or other renumberation of such servants, and may at any time fine, reduce, suspend, or remove any servant.
