Section 15 in The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977
15. Protection of action taken in good faith. —
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Protection State Government or any authority or officer or body or person or anything of done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act take in good or, the Scheme or the rules made thereunder.
