Section 131 in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
131. Acts not to apply.
- The provisions of following Acts shall not apply to the co-operatives registered under Mizoram Co-operative Societies Act. 2006:(a)the Companies Act, 1956;(b)the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices act. 1969 and the Competition Act, 2001;(c)the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947;(d)any other Act notified by government from time to time.
