Section 9(1) in The Rajasthan Private Universities Act, 2005
(1)The sponsoring body shall establish an Endowment Fund for the university with an amount of,-(i)in case the university is situated-(a)fifteen kilometers away from the municipal limits of the Divisional Headquarters Cities, or(b)ten kilometers away from the municipal limits of other cities, one crore rupees;(ii)in case the university is situated in scheduled tribal area and maintains the distance specified in clause (i) from the municipal limits of a city, seventy five lacs rupees.(iii)in other case, two crore rupees.
