Section 38 in The Tamil Nadu State Agricultural Council Act, 2009
38. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No Suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act, any Rule, regulation or order made thereunder.
