74. Powers and functions of other Committees specified in subsection (1) of Section 64.
- The powers, duties and functions of the [Shiksha Evam Jan Swasthya Samiti, Krishi, Udyog Evam Nirman Samiti and Samata Samiti] [Substituted by U.P. Act No. 9 of 1994.], shall be as provided in this Act or in the rules made in this behalf.
