Section 9(4) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment of Government Land to Ghair Dakhilkar Tenant in Paintalisa Area) Conditions, 1970
(4)If any instalment is not paid within 12 months of the date of allotment, the allotment shall be liable to cancellation and the land allotted shall revert to the Government without payment of any compensation whatsoever.
