Section 16(1) in The Energy Conservation (Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2016
(1)The participating financial institution shall furnish to the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency all such documents, receipts, certificates and other writings as the latter may require and shall be deemed to have affirmed that the contents of such documents, receipt, certificate and other writings are true, provided that no claim shall be rejected and no liability shall attach to the participating financial institution or any officer thereof for anything done in good faith.
