Section 23(a) in Telangana General Clauses Act, 1891
(a)in relation to any Regulation made by the Governor under section 92 of the Government of India Act, 1935, in like manner as they apply in relation to [the Acts made by the Provincial Legislature referred to in item (i) of clause (1-b) of section 3]; and
