Section 100(2) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1957
(2)The District Judge and the Munsif within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the Nyaya Panchayat is situate, shall have the power at all times to inspect the proceeding of any suit and the records of suits maintained by a Nyaya Panchayat.
