Op (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in
the affidavit filed along with the OP(C) the High Court be pleased to stay
all further proceedings in O.S.No.680/2018 pending before the Principal
Munsiff Court.
This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of OP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
J.G.SYAMNATH Advocate for the petitioner the court passed the following:
ORDER
Issue notice to the respondents by speed post.
Registry shall get a report from the Appellate Authority, Alappuzha as to the present status of Appeal No.54/2011, and from Munsiff Court, Thiruvananthapuram regarding the status of OS 680/2018.
There will be an interim stay on trial of OS.680/18 for one week.
