Section 59(1) in The Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Orissa Rules, 1980
(1)The State Government may, by notification, appoint a Chief Inspector who shall be the chief executive authority for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Act.
