(3)The Jailor shall then enter in the remission sheet, the remission earned by each prisoner in terms of the orders passed under sub-rule (2); and such entries shall be attested by the Superintendent after due verification. The Jailor or officer-in-charge of jail shall report every month that the remission record in respect of each prisoner in the remission sheet has been maintained upto- date.
