I.A. 8424/2021 (under Section 151 of CPC, 1908- seeking permission to file pen drive)
1. The plaintiffs are permitted to place the impugned videos on record by way of a pen drive, two copies of which should be deposited with the Registry during the course of the day. Copies of the pen drive should also be provided to learned Counsel for all other parties appearing in this matter.
2. In order to enable the Court to view the videos which are stated to be objectionable in nature, re-notify on 19th July, 2021.
3. Learned Counsel for Google, Facebook and Twitter submit that their clients have not been properly impleaded in these proceedings, as the plaintiff has impleaded YouTube instead of Google LLC, Twitter Communications India Pvt. Ltd. instead of Twitter Inc. and Facebook India instead of Facebook Inc.
4. Learned Counsel for the plaintiff undertakes to file an amended memo of parties within 24 hours. Learned Counsel for the said respondents undertake to provide the addresses to learned Counsel for the plaintiff forthwith.
