Section 2(p) in Bihar Panchayat Raj Institutions (Conduct of Business) Rules, 2015
(p)"Zila Parishad Member" means an elected member from the territorial constituency of that Zila Parishad under sub section (3) of Section 64 of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006.
