Section 38(1) in The Ambaji Area Development and Pilgrimage Tourism Governance Act, 2020
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or in any other law for the time being in force, no person shall have any right or any claim over any land which has been acquired by the State Government or by any Government agency prior to coming into force of this Act within the Pilgrimage Tourism Development area and had vested in it,
