10. Qualifications, experience, etc., of rescue room incharge
.-No person shall be appointed as rescue room incharge unless he-(i)is a rescue trained person;(ii)has 3 years practical experience of belowground work in mines; and(iii)holds a Manager's, Overman's or Foreman's Certificate of a type not restricted to opencast workings.
