ORAL ORDER
17 22-09-2022Heard the parties.
In one of the cases CWJC No. 9422 of 2022 Gajendra Kr. Singh Vs. State of Bihar and others. A supplementary affidavit has been filed by the petitioner saying that more than 3,000 houses have been constructed over the land in question.
The State of Bihar may verify the statement and if they want to controvert they can file their own affidavits with this regard.
The State of Bihar, the Housing Board will inform this Court on the next appointed date as to what action has been taken against the erring employees by the Housing Board and the State of Bihar and if no action has been taken whether any action is proposed to be taken by them for the dereliction of duty and criminal acts committed by the employees of the Housing Board and the State of Bihar.
The respondents are also directed to file their Patna High Court CWJC No.9422 of 2022(17) dt.22-09-2022 9/9 counter affidavits in all the cases which are being heard by the next date of hearing.
List this case on 27.09.2022 for further hearing.
