Section 70(3) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(3)The process of determination of qualifying service and qualifying emoluments shall be completed within one month of the receipt of intimation regarding the date of death of the employee and the amount of family pension and death-cum-retirement gratuity shall also be calculated accordingly.
