(3)The Visitor shall have the following powers; namely: -(a)to call for any paper or information relating to the affairs of the University;(b)on the basis of the information received by the Visitor, if he is satisfied that any Order, proceeding, or decision taken by any authority of the University is not in conformity with the Act, Statutes or Rules, he may issue such directions as he may deem fit in the interest of the University and the directions so issued shall be complied with by all concerned.
