Section 15(1) in Rajasthan Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2002
(1)The Officer-in-Charge shall see that every juvenile received in the institution is searched, his personal effects inspected and any money or valuables found with or on the person of the juvenile is kept in the safe custody of the Officer-in-Charge.
