78C. [ Special representation in appointment to the posts. [Sections 78C and 78D with marginal headings inserted by Act No.40 of 2008.]
- The rule of special representation (Reservation) in favour of Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward classes shall be applicable for appointments to the posts in private Educational Institutions:Provided that the rule of special representation shall not be applicable to the Minority Educational Institutions.
