By way of this writ petition, the State has challenged the order dated 14.9.2018, passed by erstwhile H.P. State Administrative Tribunal in Execution Petition No. 21 of 2018. Since the challenge is to an order passed by the erstwhile Tribunal, the matter is to be heard by a Division Bench.
Let the matter be placed before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders.
