Section 10(1) in The Ambaji Area Development and Pilgrimage Tourism Governance Act, 2020
(1)The provisions of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976, shall mutatis mutandis, apply with respect to the Development Plans and to the Town Planning Schemes made under this Act.
