Section 37 in The Rajasthan Judicial Service Rules, 1955
37. Constitution of Selection Committee.
- For the purpose of making substantive appointments to the Service by transfer under this Part, there shall be constituted a Committee consisting of-| (a) | the Chairman of the Commission | Chairman |
| (b) | two other members of the Commission nominated by its Chairman | Members. |
