This petition has been filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C for grant of interim regular bail to the petitioner on medical grounds in case FIR No.463 dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, 1860 and Section 25 Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 120-B and 201 IPC were added later on) registered at Police Station Sector-7, District Faridabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the heart surgery of petitioner's father has been performed on 07.06.2022 and the doctor has advised him bed rest. She further states that there is no male member in the family to look after him, therefore, she prays that the petitioner be released on interim regular bail for a period of four weeks.

Notice of motion was issued on 04.07.2022 and learned State counsel sought time to verify the health status of petitioner's father. Today, he, on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar, does not dispute the above said 1 of 2 ::: Downloaded on - 13-07-2022 05:29:43 ::: CRM-M-27757-2022 (O&M) 2 fact.

Considering the grounds raised for interim regular bail, this Court finds that the limited prayer made by the petitioner deserves acceptance. Resultantly, the application is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner be released on interim regular bail for a period of four weeks, subject to his furnishing the requisite bonds to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court/CJM/Duty Magistrate concerned.
