Section 22(1) in Gudalur Janmam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1974
(1)No costs, by way of process fee, pleader's fee and witness batta shall be allowed in proceedings before a Tribunal and Special Appellate Tribunal in cases where the claim is uncontested or is decreed on admission or compromised.
