Section 7(iii) in Orissa News Media Accreditation Rules, 2006
(iii)Wire agencies shall provide services to at least five news subscribers including audio visual networks on a regular commercial basis and shall produce certificate from an established firm of Chartered Accountant, about their annual revenue which should not be less than Rs. 5.00 lakhs.
