It shall also be the duty of the District Assistant Co-operative Election Officer/ the Divisional Co-operative Election Officer/ the Competent Authority to furnish the copy of the provisional and final determination pertaining to the determination of the society to the concerned District Magistrate/ the District Co-operatives Election Officer and the Commission.Chapter-IV General Election Procedure
