1. This CRLMP has been filed for direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to register the FIR for commission of offences under Sections 296/352(3)/118(2)/76/109/3(5) of BNS read with Sections 3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/3(1)(w)(i)/3(1)(w)(ii) of SC & ST (PoA) Act along with other offences.

2. FIR dated 10.01.2026 as well as the OPD prescription of Subdivisional Hospital, Baliguda dated 09.01.2026 has been annexed to the CRLMP but there is no endorsement or document that the said FIR and medical report have been sent to the IIC, Daringbadi Police Station. It is alleged that as the IIC, Daringbadi Page 1 of 2 Police Station did not register any FIR, the FIR along with the forwarding letter has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, Kandhamal by e-mail on 10.01.2026.

3. Mr. S.K. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that no complaint has been submitted to the IIC, Daringbadi Police Station. He also submits that if any complaint disclosing cognizable offences submitted to the IIC, he shall take action in accordance with law.

4. Mr. Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner shall submit her complaint/FIR within ten days to the IIC, Daringbadi P.S.

5. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of with the observation that if any FIR along with the copy of this order is submitted by the Petitioner at Daringbadi Police Station within ten days as undertaken, steps in accordance with law shall be taken by the Opposite Party No.3.
