Senior Counsel for the applicant submits that the early hearing application was filed on 05.03.2020 and the present applications seeking early hearing have come to be filed afresh in view of the fact that the petitioner is going to superannuate in September, 2020.
Though the matter was heard to some extent long back by this Bench, it would be desirable that the matter is heard by the Roster Bench. In view thereof, list before the Roster Bench on 30.06.2020, as jointly prayed.
