17. Information with respect to levels of performance. -
(1)On or before such date in each year as may be specified by the Commission, every licensee shall furnish to the Commission the level of performance achieved by the licensee for each standard determined under Section 16.(2)The Commission may publish, for general information, the information received by it under sub-section (1), which it feels necessary.
