Section 62(3) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954

(3)If the Chairman of the Board is not and a Vice-Chairman of the Board is a member of any such Committee as if referred to in sub-section (2), such Vice-Chairman shall be ex-officio Chairman of such Committee.
