Facts:
1. Appellant submitted RTI application dated 30 May 2011 before the CPIO, LIC of India, Bongaigaon, to obtain the names and marks of the qualified candidates for appointment to the post of Apprentice Development Officers for examination held on 13 June 2010.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 13 June 2011, information pertaining to the appellant himself was provided whereas rest of the information was denied under the provisions of section 8 (1)(d) of the Act.
3. Appellant preferred appeal dated 28 June 2011 before the first appellate authority which was decided vide FAA order dated 20 July 2011 vide which the order of the CPIO was upheld.
4. Appellant preferred second appeal before the Commission.

5. Matter was heard today via videoconferencing from Bongaigaon where respondent as above were present. Appellant was heard from Dhubri.

6. After hearing both parties Commission directs the CPIO to provide the names, written marks and interview marks of all the successful candidates who were appointed as ADOs.
7. Intimation to be provided within two weeks of receipt of the order.
