Section 19(i) in The Orissa Employees' State Insurance (Medical Benefit) Rules, 1951
(i)keep such registers, books and accounts as the State Government or the Director or Health Services or such other officer as may be authorised by him, may from time to time, specify in consultation with the corporation;
