Section 6(1) in The Bihar and Orissa Nurses Registration Act, 1935
(1)Subject to the proviso to subsection (2) or Section 3, when the seat of an elected member becomes vacant under the provisions of Section 3 or by death, resignation or otherwise, a new member shall be elected in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the Rules made thereunder.
