Section 15(a) in The Weapons of Mass Destruction and their Delivery Systems, Appointment of Advisory Committees and their Powers and Duties Rules, 2006
(a)to make recommendation to the Central Government regarding the steps to be taken to harmonise the provisions of the Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000 with that of the provisions of the Act;
