Section 9(1) in The National Highways fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008
(1)The executing authority or the concessionaire, as the case may be, shall upon request provide a pass for multiple journeys to cross a [fee plaza] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 585(E), dated 8.6.2016 (w.e.f. 5.12.2008).] within the specified period at the rates specified in sub-rule (2) of rule 9.
