Section 1 in The Punjab Reclamation of Land Act, 1959
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Punjab Reclamation of Land Act, 1959.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of [Haryana] [Adaptation of Laws Order, 1968.].(3)It shall come into force at once.
