Section 2(1) in The Bengal Vaccination (Amendment) Act, 1911
(1)The [State] [Substituted by para 4(1) of the ALO for 'Provincial'.] Government may, by [notification,] [For notifications issued under this Section, extending the Act to certain parts of Bihar, See B.O.R.O., Vol. I, Part VI.] published in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by para 4(1) of the AO for 'Calcutta Gazette'.], declare its intention to extend this Act or any portion thereof to any town or selected area not mentioned in Section 1, sub-section (2).
