1. This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking prioritised hearing of the writ petition on the date fixed, i.e. 05.08.2025. The present case concerns the promotion of an employee. The cases are listed chronologically in each category. I do not consider it appropriate to grant the petitioner's request, which would result in her case being heard prior to older cases listed in the same category on the same day. However, it is made clear that, in the event that the petitioner ultimately succeeds in the writ petition, the Court may consider granting consequential relief, even if she has superannuated.
