Section 1(2) in Rules Under Section 15 of the Bihar Itki Tuberculosis Sanatorium (Regulation of Buildings) Act, 1951
(2)Where a building is being constructed for accommodation of patients suffering from tuberculosis, such person shall also submit with the notice details of arrangements to be made for destruction of sputum, sterilisation of sputum cups, arrangements for nursing of and medical attendance on patients, etc.
