11. Prohibition of removal or transplantation of [human organs or tissues or both] [Substituted for the words "human organs" by Act 16 of 2011, Section 4.] for any purpose other than therapeutic purposes
.No donor and no person empowered to give authority for the removal of any [human organ or tissue or both] [Substituted for the words "human organ" by Act 16 of 2011, Section 4.] shall authorise the removal of any [human organ or tissue or both] [Substituted for the words "human organ" by Act 16 of 2011, Section 4.] for any purpose other than therapeutic purposes.
