1. Short title, extent and commencement.
- (i) These regulations may be called the Gender Sensitization & Sexual Harassment of Women at Industrial Court/Labour Court, Ahmedabad (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Regulations, 2013.(ii)These Regulations shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
