Section 4(3) in Tamil Nadu Minority Schools (Recognition and Payment of Grant) Rules, 1977
(3)Minority schools which have been newly opened or where higher or additional standards have been opened on or after the date of the commencement of these rules without the permission of the Education Department undersection 9 of the Tamil Nadu Recognised Private Schools (Regulation) Act, 1973 (Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 1974) shall also apply in the Form appended to these rules to the authorities specified in sub-rule (2) for the grant of recognition within three months from the date of such opening or from the date of issue of these rules.
