Section 6(1) in Gujarat Educational Institutions Services Tribunal Act, 2006
(1)If any vacancy occurs by reason of the death, resignation, expiry of term of appointment or termination of appointment of the member or for any other cause whatsoever, such vacancy shall be filled in by the State Government as soon as practicable, by appointment of duly qualified person.
