Section 52 in The Medical Council Of India Regulations, 2000
52. Chairman, etc., of Committees .-(1)(a) The Chairman of a Committee of the whole Council shall be the same as for a meeting of the Council.
(b)The Chairman of a Committee appointed by the Council shall be appointed by the Council at the time of the appointment of the Committee.(2)The proceedings of the Committee shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations applicable to the meetings of the Council.
