	Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records connected in Na.Ka.No.1719/RD-2 dated 21.09.2007 passed by the second respondent and Lr.No.17472/PaA5/2007 dated 03.11.2007 passed by the first respondent and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned and direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any one of the vacancy on time scale of pay and regularise the petitioner's service with all consequential benefits.
